Quick Update

Hello Internet!

I definitely got to catch up on my sleep last night, which is good, but i haven’t gotten the timing down yet. Tonight is another night, so no worries here.

Anyhow, I am writing a more in depth look at sleep, how to get some, and also how good sleep is really good for ADHDers. So that will be coming up soon.
